This large condo is in the Gold Creek Building (unit 306), sits at 8600 feet, only about 100 yards from the 67 trails of the Angel Fire Ski Resort and 2 miles from the PGA golf course. Located across the street from the Resort lodge and its activities.

This 1600 square feet condo is ideal for the large or extended family and is a vacation rentals by owner. A private skier's locker is downstairs near building entrance. The Gold Creek Condo Building is one of the most sought after locations in the Angel Fire Resort and this Unit 306 is one of the most requested in the building. This Condo unit contains a washer & dryer as well as the building having a laundry room.

The main floor of this vacation rental contains, in addition to the fully equipped kitchen and living room, a large bedroom with a king bed, and a bath with a jetted Jacuzzi tub. The upper floor contains two bedrooms, one large one with another king bed and the other with two bunk beds and a loft with 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom on this level. All bed and bath linens supplied.   Many extra amenities.

This fully-equipped vacation home (condominium) needs only you and some grub to complete this outstanding mountain hideaway. At nearly 9000 feet, the views are excellent.

Prime season is the ski season, but summers are wonderful. Don't miss the Fall Golden Aspens.
