Seldom do granddads make guest book entries; but so many exceptional things happened.  These words are not adequate.  The sheer beauty of God’s creation showed itself in every respect.  Snow was perfect, people were genuinely friendly and helpful.  Ski conditions for beginners and experts were the best we could have hoped for.  Of course, your well planned house so exquisitely maintained and lovingly shared.

Your website doesn’t display all the wonders of your home. This has been marvelous. Thank you for continuing to offer this home in our Briarmeadow Charter School’s yearly auction. I am so glad I kept bidding. My mother from St Louis has always wanted us to get together.  We are here from Denver, NorfolkVirginia and Houston.  The smile hasn’t left my mothers face.  The chair lift was amazing.  My uncle enjoyed seeing the bear and the rest of us were jealous.  Thanks for everything – comfy beds, towels, ceiling fans, balcony, spices, dining table, and outdoor furniture.

 We greatly enjoyed the house the past week.  The ping-pong table, bumper pool, plus the bunk room were great hits with our kids.  Your deck also got a lot of use. What a great place to sit out in the early morning while drinking a cup of hot coffee!  I even saw a bear the first morning.  Your house has such a nice balance between comfort and practicality.  Thanks and best wishes from our family to yours.

Your wonderful house was better than expected, What fun we are having. With this great house we celebrated Dad’s 90th Birthday.   We enjoyed the deck and the mule dear.  The quad lift gave a beautiful view of the valley. (Truly this is God’s country). We enjoyed the Viet Nam memorial, it made it so real.  Saw a bear from the deck.  Your videos are great.  We tried to enjoy all the good things provided.  The house just feels like home.  Houses this size, with enough bathrooms, aren’t easy to find at a fair price.  Thanks.  Great beds, great place, great time. We were truly blessed with cherished memories.

Fantastic!!  The weather couldn’t have been nicer and the view is breathtaking.  Took the kids up Clear Creek Trail and made it to the waterfall.  Fly-fished the Cimarron.  Rode the chair lift and raced through the maze.  Came face-to-face with a bull elk!! 20 feet or less!!  This trip has been an experience to remember, memories to last a lifetime.  THANK YOU
